Last day memories...

Well, it was the last day and we headed to the Magic Kingdom for one last day of magic!

It was a great day without a drop of rain (until that night) and the temperature was perfect in the 70s. We took full advantage of every single minute of it!

Dumbo is just the ride that says Disney!

Flying Dumbo by the castle...it just doesn't get any better than that.

A pirate's life for us!

Girls make the best pirates!
Virginia got the prize for the bravest kid on the block! She HATES roller coasters...actually she is afraid of almost any ride. But, she decided that this year she would go on Splash Mountain because she really wanted to see Brier Rabbit. I was so proud of my sweet baby!
She watched that big fall about 10 times and then barely had the nerve to go on it. But, she stuck to her plan and went on it. She was a little nervous...OK, a LOT nervous...but the cute story totally distracted her. At the end...she LOVED it! One thumb up for her...
Then she freaked me out by saying she wanted to go on Thunder Mountain. Um...really? Now, this is a roller coaster...the other was more like one drop and it's over...with a really cute story. I was very worried that she would hate it and it would ruin all the fun she had on Splash Mountain.
But, she did IT! And this one got a TWO thumbs up. I can't believe my baby is riding roller coasters...who is this big girl?

Anli got to ride in a car alone this year and driver herself! She even got to have this awesome sign on the back of her car. I drove with Virginia behind her and I tell you that girl is the best driver! She was amazing...I'm not ready for it in real life mind you...but we were amazed at how great she did...go Anli!

Anli and her daddy love turkey legs! So we HAD to get one on our last day. It's almost as big as she is!

They have a new Pixar parade that we enjoyed so very much! The girls jumped rope waiting for the parade and did a great job.

The girls loved jamming out to this awesome parade filled with music and Pixar characters.
Anli dances with Mr. Incredible...I must admit I was jealous! It was the BEST parade and we all just had a blast.

Goodbye Disney World! Don't worry...we'll be back soon.
But, next time it's Christmas!

'Ohana Means Family!

We had breakfast one morning at the Polynesian Resort at the 'Ohana grill that featured our favorites...Lilo and Stitch! It was so yummy and we loved the tropical juice that was fresh mangoes and papayas...mmmm.
This resort is just like stepping into a tropical island. It was gorgeous!

I love this photo...we are actually dry! I was thrilled to get a family photo that I loved!
We love our 'Ohana!

My and my sweetie!

Since this is the year of celebrations...Anli got this card from all the characters! She was thrilled!

Mickey showed up in his tropical wear too!

Mickey and our 'Ohana

Finally at last...Lilo and Stitch. You can see Virginia's monster hug to Lilo!

Cuties!

Character Jackpot

Well, the rains came down...and we racked up on characters. We were standing outside the America show and were disappointed that the show had just started. We wanted a chance to dry off for a little while and enjoy the show. So, we were just kind of standing there under the pavilion talking about what to do next...and we see a cast member walk by. He looked at us and said...you just hit the "Character jackpot." Huh?

Well, in about 2 minutes ALL kinds of awesome characters were surrounding us with NO lines. All the cast members were taking photos of us...so we took the chance to get tons of family photos...in ponchos of course!
The character can't get in the rain, so they had to find a place to bring them...and we were just standing there surrounded by them! It was just awesome and a great diversion from the rain.

Rain or shine...Disney ROCKS!

A Little Stop in Japan!

The next day we headed back to Epcot for some more fun and wonderful food. We had planned to eat our dinner in Japan and LOVED IT! It was a tepenyaki style restaurant and the girls love watching the chef cook right in front of them. Here you see volcano with steam shooting out...fun!
The girls absolutely LOVED the food. Our girls have always tried new things and love all kinds of food...we are blessed I know. It sure makes going out to dinner much more fun!

We all ate our whole meal with our chopsticks. The girls had "training" sticks as they called it and they went to town! We were really hungry...and WET. It was so nice to sit at such a nice restaurant and enjoy a wonderful meal together!

They even brought Anli out a special candle in her dessert. She got this chef's hat also. Anli wants to be a chef when she gets older...so she was in heaven!

Happy Birthday sweetie!

Magic Memories!

Here are a few of our Magic Kingdom memories! We had the best time enjoying the dry weather while it lasted...until that evening when it began to rain and never really stopped!
My princesses!

The cutie pie outfits before we had to wear our poncho uniforms! They turned out so cute!

Virginia's favorite ride is the beautiful carousel. I think we rode it about 5 times! We ate at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and all his friends for a late breakfast in the park. Virginia picked this one for our trip and they had a blast. The food was a yummy buffet!

Jay and I always get our photo made with Tigger together since on our honeymoon that is one of our favorite pictures. So, now we make sure to get another one each time we visit the park!

Anli enjoys the Jungle Cruise...in the rain! See the poncho...it had already begun to rain. It never stopped our fun or our smiles!
Both girls bought a charm bracelet with their money this year. They collected lots of pretty charms and we look forward to adding more through the year!

Virginia had a princess theme! Her sister even used some of her money to buy Ariel for her...so sweet! My girls have the kindest hearts and always look out for others. While on the bus, Virginia gave a little girl one of her pins that we had bought them on ebay to trade. She asked if she could give her a pin..."since she only has 2 and I have so many." Melt my heart!
